  • Absolutely! ADHD coaching is a specialized form of coaching that helps individuals with ADHD manage different challenges, learn about their ADHD, lean into their strengths, and achieve their goals. At its core, it’s about building a healthier relationship with your ADHD — shifting from frustration or shame to understanding and self-trust. Coaching offers structure, accountability, support, and encouragement to help you move forward in a way that works with your unique brain, not against it.

  • Not at all! Coaching is available whether you’re self-identifying, diagnosed, or still figuring things out. If your brain works a little differently and you’re looking for support, you’re welcome here. 

  • I’ll follow up with next steps to either schedule your discovery call or a coaching session! If you’re reaching out with questions or just to start a conversation, email me directly at coaching@brickbreakthroughs.com.

  • We’ll find a regular slot that works for both of us like 3 PM on Tuesdays or every other Tuesday for example and go from there!

  • Although it’s recommended to meet more regularly to keep the momentum going, that’s possible! We can figure that out together. Single sessions are available too.

  • Yes! All coaching sessions are held over Zoom, so you can join from wherever you are — comfy clothes, fidget toys, and all.

  • That’s totally okay. Reaching out doesn’t mean you’re committing. You can ask questions, explore what coaching might look like, or just start the conversation.

  • You’ll be billed after each session using your payment method on file — no monthly packages or subscriptions required.
