Your ADHD Brain Works Differently… My Coaching Does Too

A bright red apple with a green leaf on a white background.

Your to-do list never seems to shrink, no matter how hard you try.

You set big goals but struggle to follow through.

You’re exhausted from masking, overcommitting, and feeling “too much” or “not enough.”

Time always seems to slip away — whether it’s missing deadlines, running late, or hyper-focusing for hours.

You know you’re capable of more, but traditional advice just doesn’t work for your ADHD brain.

You’re smart, creative, and full of potential, so why does life still feel like you’re constantly one step behind?

HERE’S THE GOOD NEWS.

It’s not you, it’s your strategy.

ADHD isn’t a flaw. It’s a different way of being — and when you learn to work with your brain instead of against it, everything changes.

But thriving with ADHD is about so much more than just time management and productivity hacks. I go beyond the surface-level struggles to help you tackle the deeper challenges ADHD brings, like:

Unmasking and embracing your authentic self (without the fear of judgment)
✨ Breaking free from negative self-talk and negativity bias that keep you stuck
✨ Finding healthy sources of dopamine to boost motivation and energy
✨ Managing emotional dysregulation with tools that support balance and self-trust
Overcoming people-pleasing and ADHD-related self-esteem issues
✨ Navigating rejection sensitivity (RSD) with self-compassion

Meet Brittany

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, scattered, and like you’re constantly falling behind because I’ve been there too. I was diagnosed with ADHD in my late twenties, and that moment changed everything. It helped me see that my brain wasn’t broken. It just worked differently.

I spent years feeling like I was falling behind in a world that made sense to everyone else but me. Learning about my ADHD gave me the clarity I’d been missing and made me realize there was nothing wrong with me. In fact, we’re an amazing group of people and there are so many incredible parts of ADHD!

Now, I help other women have that same breakthrough.

What Others Are Saying

  • "What I really love about coaching with Brittany is how she truly listens. I always felt like she got me, and that made such a difference. After each session, I felt lighter, clearer, and actually motivated to try new things. It wasn’t just talk — I left with real ideas I could put into practice. The way she asks the right questions helped me see things differently and opened up new possibilities. Honestly, having that kind of support made managing my ADHD feel less overwhelming and more doable. If you’re thinking about coaching with her, I’d say just do it. It’s a supportive space where you can feel heard and find your own way forward."

  • I’ve been working with Brittany for the past year and am eternally grateful for the safe, supportive space she provides. This past year has brought numerous life transitions that have exacerbated my ADHD symptoms, and Brittany has helped me carve a path forward during a time that once felt impossible to navigate. She’s been a steady source of accountability, perspective, and education. Brittany is kind, nonjudgmental, and deeply knowledgeable about ADHD. Together, we’ve tackled everything from distractibility and executive function struggles to rumination and emotional overwhelm. I cannot recommend her services enough!
