Coaching that meets you right where you are

ADHD coaching with me isn’t one-size-fits-all. Coaching with me is collaborative, creative, and totally centered on you.

We figure out what works for your brain and your life, not what works in theory or on paper. Sometimes that means whiteboarding your ideas. Sometimes it means playing with LEGO®. Sometimes it just means having a space where you can finally say:

“This makes sense now.”

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, figuring things out on your own, or just tired of trying to “get it together” without support, this is a space where you can start building something that works. My goal is to help you build the kind of relationship with your ADHD that feels more like a friendship –- and to make the process feel real, doable, and most importantly, fun. 😊

Why ADHD Coaching?

Coaching is about getting curious, getting creative, and building something that works for your brain, your energy, and your real life.

Together, we explore the patterns that keep tripping you up and start building new ones that feel more doable and sustainable.

We’ll look at what’s actually happening in your day-to-day, experiment with strategies that fit, and celebrate the small wins that move you forward.

No matter if you’re newly diagnosed, you’ve known you have ADHD for awhile, or you’re self-identified, coaching can help you understand how to work with your brain instead of against it using evidence-backed and research-based techniques.

Coaching can support you with:

Coaching That Clicks

Literally!

🧱 Building with Brittany

Some breakthroughs happen in conversation. Others happen when your hands are building what your brain is still trying to figure out.

Building with Brittany is a 75-minute ADHD coaching session that uses the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method — a creative, hands-on method that helps you externalize your thoughts, unlock clarity, and shift stuck mindsets.

This is a powerful option whether you’re brand-new to coaching or looking for a fresh way to approach something you’ve been turning over in your mind for a while.

  • You want to get unstuck around a decision, transition, or challenge

  • You do your best thinking when your hands are moving

You don’t need to be a creative person to get value from this. Just come as you are, and let the bricks help bring your thinking into focus.

Support should be accessible

I offer a limited number of sliding scale or pro-bono sessions each month. If cost is a barrier to coaching, you're welcome to apply! No long essays or convincing required just a little info about what kind of support you're looking for and why this feels like the right time.

Everyone deserves tools that work for their brain. And if I can help make that a little more possible, I will.

Curious about coaching but not quite sure yet?

Let’s talk it through. I offer free 30-minute discovery calls so you can ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see if we’re a good fit.

No pressure. No awkward sales pitch. Just a chance to explore what support could look like for you.
