ABOUT BRITTANY

Looking for an ADHD coach who gets it? You’re in the right place.

You’ve spent enough time trying to fit yourself into systems that weren’t designed for you.

Colorful confetti scattered on a black background.

Ever feel like you’re running a marathon with your shoelaces tied together?

You’ve tried the planners, the apps, the “one hack to change your life”… and sure, they work for about two weeks. Then it’s right back to feeling overwhelmed, distracted, and wondering if you’re the only one who can’t just “get it together” like everyone else.

You’re smart. You care deeply. You’re trying so hard. You’re here now, trying to make sense of things, and wondering if life really has to feel this hard.

Spoiler alert: It doesn’t!

As someone with ADHD, I understand how frustrating and exhausting it can feel when nothing seems to stick. That’s why I take a different approach.

You’re not the problem.

You just haven’t had support that truly fits the way your brain works.

When we work together, I’m not just your coach. I’m your biggest cheerleader too, here to help you uncover personalized, practical, and creative strategies that actually work for you so you can build a life that feels calmer, clearer, and more like your own.

Here’s the thing: your brain isn’t broken.

It’s just wired differently — and that difference deserves support that actually fits. That’s where I come in.

Hi, I’m Brittany

My name is Brittany Estes-Garcia, and I didn’t always know I had ADHD. For a long time, I just thought I was burnt out, or maybe too sensitive, or just... different.

Then I started seeing these super-specific posts on Instagram and thought, wait, this is oddly accurate. 🤨 That kicked off a deep dive, and suddenly everything started making sense. How I think. How I move through the world. Why things always felt just a little harder for me than they seemed to be for everyone else.

Working with my own ADHD coach was a game-changer. For the first time, I wasn’t trying to “fix” myself. I was learning how to support my brain. That experience lit a fire in me. It felt like a calling, like something I had to be part of.

I wanted to help other people get to that moment too. That moment when you realize nothing’s wrong with you — you just haven’t been given the right tools yet.

That’s what led me to build Brick by Brick Breakthroughs. Throughout my life I’ve let my love for people lead the way. I care the most about making a difference, am all heart, and have a passion for empowering others to transform their lives. I believe coaching should reflect the whole person, not just the diagnosis and I’m bringing together everything I’ve learned — through study, research, experience, and personal growth — to be the kind of ADHD coach who truly understands and can really help.

🎓 Along with working on a Master of Science in Psychology (Positive Psychology) from Arizona State University, I’m ADDCA trained (the global leader in the specialty arena of ADHD and life coach training and ADHD education). I completed their ADHD and Life Coach Training Program, as well as their ADHD Coaching for Families Course. I also finished a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method and Coaching Using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method Program from Serious Play Business. And I’m always learning more!

❤️ I’m an advocate as well as a coach! I have a mission in mind: one where everyone with ADHD knows their true strengths and how badly the world needs their unique way of being. I also have a sense of purpose concerning the disparities women and girls face. I plan to start a nonprofit in my mom’s honor called Ann’s Light: Empowering ADHD Women.

💡I have a UX design background where, like in coaching, I worked with clients to understand & tackle challenges and help create amazing, personalized solutions. I bring my related creative skills into coaching, like by designing resources! I studied sociology at the University of Texas at Austin, where I discovered how society impacts those of us with ADHD, and how to live well in a world not built for us. Now through studying positive psychology, I’ll guide you through shifting the focus from deficits to strengths and learning how to flourish, be satisfied with life, build resilience, and so much more.

If you’re looking for an ADHD coach who leads with empathy, creativity, and humor, and who gets what it’s like from the inside, you’re in the right place.

What Guides My Work

These four values shape how I coach, how I show up in the world, and how I move through my own ADHD journey.

A Note on Inclusion

Brick by Brick Breakthroughs is a space where everyone is welcome. I work with people of all backgrounds and lived experiences, and I’m committed to creating a coaching environment that’s LGBT affirming, neurodiversity affirming, and grounded in respect, empathy, and curiosity.

As a lesbian from a mixed background and in an interracial marriage, I understand the importance of holding space for everyone’s different perspectives. All of this informs my approach and deepens my commitment to meeting each client with openness and care.

FACTS

My biggest joy is spending time with my wife of over ten years and our dog Twinkie and being outside in beautiful nature. 😁

I also love to be active and play sports, explore, be involved and volunteer, work on different creative projects such as through photography, and of course, build LEGO®.

It’s common to find me getting lost in a bookstore too - reading has been a lifelong passion for me and I love mystery books so much that I wanted to be a detective when I grew up. Now I uncover ADHD breakthroughs. 🔎
